Dustin Prusik, DDS
Dr. Prusik is a true native of this area having grown up just a few miles down the road in Cary, NC. He attended Green Hope High School where he is a member of the GHHS Athletic Hall of Fame. It was there that he met his future wife, Lauren, and many other friends who currently live in Apex and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Prusik attended UNC Chapel Hill and earned a bachelor’s in biology with minors in chemistry and Spanish before moving on to dental school, also at UNC Chapel Hill. After achieving his DDS, Dr. Prusik completed an intensive residency program at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. During that time he received advanced training in all areas of general dentistry including restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and implant dentistry. This residency program trained him to treat complex dental problems and manage patients with challenging medical conditions. It was also a very rewarding experience working with veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country.
Dr. Prusik is a strong believer in community service. He was named a Public Service Scholar during his time at UNC and has participated in many volunteer projects including the Durham Rescue Mission, the Fayetteville Care Clinic, NC Missions of Mercy, and several international volunteer trips.

Dr. Prusik is a die-hard Tar Heel fan having spent 8 years in school at Chapel Hill. In addition to cheering for UNC, he enjoys running, golfing, and traveling as much as possible. He and Lauren have two wonderful children, Penelope and Brayden, as well as an energetic, fun-loving golden retriever named Murphy. They are proud to call North Carolina home and make a point to enjoy everything this great state has to offer. Dr. Prusik and his family have attended The Summit Church for over 10 years.
Linda, Dental Hygienist

Having your teeth cleaned by Linda is like visiting with your oldest friend in the world.You look forward to it for weeks, have a great time catching up while you’re together, and leave feeling refreshed and ready for anything! Linda is kind, generous, and is always pushing our team to try new things, especially food!
Linda was born and raised in Texas and relocated to Raleigh in 2017. She earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'em Horns!) and continued to earn her dental hygiene degree in Savannah, Georgia. She has been practicing hygiene for over a decade and enjoys building relationships and educating patients on how to reach a healthier smile. Linda and her husband, Francis, have two children named Xander and Adelyn. When she is not caring for patients, Linda enjoys crafting, watching shows and being a foodie. Linda is so excited to be apart of such a dedicated and caring team here at Olive Chapel Family Dentistry and can't wait to meet you at your next appointment!!
Courtney, Dental Hygienist

Courtney will inspire you to be the best version of yourself. Whether it’s oral hygiene, health & fitness, or your spiritual health, Courtney is a shining light to show how hard work and commitment will help you live your best life. She’s also sneaky funny and keeps us all laughing!
Courtney was born in New Hampshire but quickly moved down south where she was raised in Durham, North Carolina. In 2020, her and her husband, John, bought their first home in Holly Springs where they are raising their two children, Saylor and Knox, and their new puppy, Sammy! Courtney has always had a passion for health and patient care, which led her to a career in dental hygiene. She has been practicing hygiene since 2012, and has been a part of the OCFD team since 2017. She truly enjoys getting to know each of her patients and working along side them to reach their individual dental goals… what a treat! She attends the Summit Church and is thankful for her growing relationship with the Lord, keeping her grounded in her journey through life. When not in the dental office, Courtney enjoys challenging her fitness and overall health by focusing on nutrition, daily movement and mental health through yoga. She is also an avid Tar Heels fan! Courtney feels so blessed to be part of Olive Chapel FAMILY Dentistry and enjoys each day she gets to come to work and make a difference in the lives of others.
Carla, Dental Assistant

Carla has a special ability to bring people together and make them feel comfortable in their own skin.Whether it’s a calming word, a reassuring hug, or a spontaneous dance party, Carla is always there for our team and our patients.Her positive attitude and big smile are contagious!
Carla was born and raised in Melbourne, Florida. She has Peruvian nationality and speaks fluent Spanish! She relocated with her family to North Carolina in 2005 and attends St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Carla and her husband, Dereck, have three amazing kids, Christopher, Emily, and Collin and one Granddaughter Amelia. She also has a pup named Packer. Carla came to NC with over 15 years of dental experience. She attended Brevard Community College and Wake Tech. Community College. Carla enjoys a healthy lifestyle of dancing, hot yoga, and strength training. She also enjoys eating and experiencing new cultures. She loves spending time with her family, listening to music, and spending time at the beach or the mountains. She also is a very passionate FSU football fan. Go NOLES! Carla enjoys meeting new patients, establishing long-lasting relationships, and helping them achieve a beautiful and healthy smile!
Biancha, Office Administrator/Dental Assistant

Not only does Biancha juggle multiple roles within our practice, she handles each of them beautifully and efficiently. When you need something done or a problem arises, you can trust that Biancha will figure it out and come through for our team and our patients. Her intelligence and work ethic elevate everyone around her!
Biancha was born and raised in upstate New York and moved to Raleigh, NC in 2018. Her boyfriend, Ozell, and their young son, Justyce, moved to Cary, in 2021. She studied Psychology at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA. Biancha has been working in the dental field for 10 years and has truly found her passion. She enjoys working in a family practice because of the relationships she builds with her patients and coworkers. When she isn't working, Biancha enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She feels so blessed to have found a place like Olive Chapel Family Dentistry, not only because of the atmosphere, but because of the opportunity to work along side people who have become family and love what they do as much as she does! She is the most selfless person on our team and we are thankful to have her as the face and voice of Olive Chapel Family Dentistry!
Tanya was born and raised in Pennsylvania. She moved to Apex in 2008 in search of warmer weather and a good area to raise a family. Tanya and her daughter love exploring the area and enjoying all of the great activities close by. Tanya has been assisting patients with their dental needs for over 15 years and is so excited to meet you at Olive Chapel Family Dentistry!
Lauren, Office Administrator

Lauren cares deeply about our patients, she cares about our team, and she cares about all of the small details that go into making our practice great. She remembers everything about every person that walks through our door and lives to serve both our patients and our staff to truly give them the best experience possible. She never settles, compromises, or takes the easy way out. We are all lucky to have her in our lives!
Lauren was born in Iowa and moved to North Carolina when she was in high school. The southern lifestyle (and Dr. Prusik!) won her over and she chose to go to NC State where she graduated with a degree in business administration. She was also fortunate enough to enjoy 4 years on their collegiate dance team. Go Pack! She had over 7 years of administrative experience prior to starting at Olive Chapel Family Dentistry in 2016, which made for a great transition into the receptionist role. Her compassion for others and big smile will make your experience at our office more than pleasant! In her free time, Lauren enjoys hiking with her dog Murphy, traveling to new places with Dr. Prusik and their kids, reading a good book, and spending time with friends and family.
